I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Zone Healing for the past 14 years. Because of its healing abilities, or should I say the power it gives a patient to heal themselves, my family and I have lived without antibiotics or any other medicine. Through getting our Zones cleared my children have quickly been cured of what the medical world labels as strep throat, double ear infections and other infections or viruses. I am most amazed by its latest accomplishment by curing a skin condition that my 13 year old contracted in the fall called molluscum virus. I began Zone Healing in December of 1998. I came to him at first because I was suffering from back problems due to an injury that occurred five years ago. At first, I just let him clear my zones without really listening to him. After six weeks, my back problems went away. I also found that my asthma (a condition that I hadn't even mentioned to him) had gone away.

I decided to tell him about the medical problems my daughter was having. When she was four years old, she started becoming fatigued easily and was having dizzy spells, so I took her to her pediatrician. He said that she seemed okay, but wanted some tests done on her. A few weeks later he told me that he wanted me to take her to a pediatric cardiologist, as a precaution. The cardiologist ran some more tests on her. I was then told that she had a heart problem. He said that her heart was not growing as fast as a normal child. I went to different doctors for a second and third opinion. They all agreed with his diagnosis. I was then told that I should consider having a pacemaker placed in her. Her father and I wouldn't agree to it. However, we did allow her to take steroids. We were told that this would increase the size of her heart. She was put on steroids when she was four, and remained on them on and off until she was eight. Her doctors told us not to allow her to run or overexert herself. When she was five, her doctor told us that besides having a heart problem, she had also developed asthma. So her steroid intake was increased and she was given an asthma pump.

No matter how many tests she took, the doctors insisted that her heart still hadn't grown to a normal size and she should remain on her medication. Instead, her hands and feet grew bigger than other kids her age. She got her period when she was seven, and her body started going through a lot of changes that shouldn't happen to a girl her age. She started being teased constantly at school and would come home miserable because she didn't look like other kids her age and couldn't play with them. We finally took her off the steroids, but still didn't allow her to participate in gym class or any other activity that would fatigue her.

In February, I brought her in to a Zone Healing doctor. She openly listened to everything he had to say. Through my daughter, I started to learn about Concept Therapy. Our asthma attacks became a thing of the past, and so did my daughter's ear & throat infections, so she stopped taking antibiotics. Finally, my daughter began to participate in some cardiovascular activities. In April, she made the track team. In May, she competed and came in second place. I've never seen my daughter healthier or happier.

A couple of months ago, I was eating dinner with a friend and complained of acid reflux. She then recommended that I see her chiropractor. I thought this recommendation to be rather strange and put off her request. Then a week later I decided that I would give it a chance. Things have only gone uphill since then. After my first visit, my troubles with acid reflux stopped. It has only been recently that I have gained the courage to test myself in regards to troubles with lactose intolerance. Toothless is my dental future, four oral surgeons said. Three years ago I had surgery on one quadrant (that winter a hideous cough). After dreaded torturous teeth cleanings by a nice dental hygienist, they would say, "Spongy gums, loose teeth" etc. and make another appointment for surgery, which I would cancel. There were antibiotic chips and unused prescriptions and more cancelled surgeries. I mentioned this to my Zone doctor, a month later at the "cleaning" the words were, "Your gums have reversed back", and the torture element was gone, no sharp metal sticks scraping up behind my eyeball, they couldn\'t go there because the gums are tight! I put my health in Zone Healing and my thyroid is healing (blood test, best ever on less medicine), my joint pain is gone, and of course my teeth and gums.

I have been bringing my daughter to Zone Healing since she was five days old. She is now almost five years old, and is without a doubt the healthiest child I know. Over the past four years, people have regularly asked me what I do to keep her in such excellent health. Now that she has entered pre-school, I am asked even more often, by both parents and teachers. Each time I am asked, I tell them about Zone Healing.

In October, a teacher noticed my daughter touching her ear, and recommended that I get her on an antibiotic for what she perceived to be an ear infection. I thanked her for her concern, but told her that my daughter has never had either an ear infection or an antibiotic. She said that such a thing was impossible. I explained that it was very possible, and in fact quite normal for children who regularly receive Zone Healing treatments, as my daughter does.

In November, the Director of my daughter's school approached me, and asked how I keep my daughter so healthy. I am a kidney patient and in PD dialysis. I attended the Zone Healing Therapy twice a week for a little more than a month. To say the truth, my first impression did not leave me feeling confident but within a short time my body functions were unexpectedly improved. The lab results were scored excellent by my physician and the clearance rate was what I never had during my previous dialysis record. I gave birth two a beautiful baby girl in February. Like many babies she would spit up in large quantities and get very upset in the very beginning. As a college student, there are many stresses that come with balancing school, work, and a social life. I tend to be an extreme perfectionist and anal about everything in every aspect of my life. Because of this, I started smoking at the age of 17, and relying on 5-6 Mountain Dews to get me through the day. I would stay up until three in the morning studying or doing homework, and wake up early the next day to go to class. I had little-to-no energy throughout the day, I was irritable about 95% of the time, and even the smallest things would set me off. Not only did this affect my social life, but it affected my health as well. I was having daily headaches, lower back pain, knee pain, I wasn't sleeping very well at night, and I had extreme discomfort during my menstrual cycle. Ever since I've been getting Zone Healing sessions, I've come to realize that I don't need to be a perfectionist about everything. I've also learned to let go or get rid of the many stressors in my life. I've cut back on my pop intake. I've been eating better, had fewer headaches, getting sound, more recuperative sleep. I no longer have any signs of knee pain. The best part about it all is that I have had no pain during my menstrual cycle! Any woman could attest that that's a pretty big deal! I am doing better in my classes, passing all of my tests with flying colors, and I've been able to better focus on my studying. My relationships with my friends and with my boyfriend have also gotten better; there's been less arguing and fighting over minute things. Overall, I am a happier and healthier person! I have had Hepititis C for 36 years. In 1989 a biopsy showed some cirrhosis and my liver enzymes have been rising for some time (not a good thing). After two months receiving Zone treatments my enzyme levels were tested again and they are going down! There are no masses in my liver. My energy levels are increasing and other organs are functioning normally. I call my zone doctor my "miracle worker." I was headed for a liver transplant and now I'm not. 12/07 My first appt. with a Zone Doctor was in the fall of '06 when a friend suggested I see him related to a shoulder injury that had persisted for six months. In the first few weeks, I knew I felt better in several ways; I just didn't know exactly why. Now that I understand more, Zone Healing has contributed to a sense of wellness in myself that is real and whole.

Let me share one of several anecdotal testaments from my own experience.

At about the same time I began Zone Healing treatments, I had also been having congestion and a heaviness in my lungs that wouldn't lift. It became worse after a trip to Asia and I was convinced that some crazy pathogens had entered my body or a dire illness process had begun. I even saw an internist who could find no infection or other root cause. At that time I was seeing my Zone doctor regularly for general sessions and still the shoulder, but hadn't mentioned my lung congestion. When I finally did, he cleared my zones and I left. That was a Sunday morning around 10 or 11:00. I recall it vividly because at approx. 3:00 that afternoon I realized the entire problem had been relieved in a matter of hours. My lungs were completely clear and I knew in a very deep place inside me that I had been relieved of the problem that had plagued me for months. Not just symptomatically, but completely. I can't explain it. I can only report it honestly.

Since then, I've continued with regular Zone Healing sessions because the benefits are so evident in overall improved health and a sense of wellness that I feel at my core. I now consider this unique healing modality to be a base for consistent good health.

For me, in addition to the sessions, the picture is completed by attending the study groups at night conducted by the Zone doctors. We study the Natural laws of the Body and the Mind from books written by the doctor who developed the Zone Healing method. The physical work that balance the Zones are powerful alone but when combined with the study of these Principles of Mind and Body, the whole system – mind and body – work together to support health and successful living in a way that's quite remarkable. It's not easy to articulate here but I'm better for it, without question.

The day before we were leaving for Florida, my son Phillip told me that he was having problems hearing in his right ear. After vacation I had to take him to an ENT for another problem. The Dr said that my son was talking loudly and that he would like to have his hearing evaluated. A quick test was done and a hearing deficit was noted. The Dr suggested that we make an appointment with an audiologist to see how much of a hearing loss he had in his right ear. The nurse where he went to school did a hearing test and said that he had at least a 25 decibel hearing loss in his right ear. As soon as I heard the news, I thought my son would be wearing a hearing aid and his life would never be the same. My mother called her Zone Dr to see if he could help him. The Zone Dr said that he knew he could help him. My son was taken to see the Zone Dr that same night. He evaluated my son and said that he had a Zone 2 eliminative problem. The Zone Dr was never told what ear he was having a problem hearing with. Phillip has his zone cleared three times before his appointment with the audiologist. He was tested for over an hour by the audiologist. She said that she didn't find anything wrong with his hearing. Three days later the Dr called to say that Phillip's hearing was fine and that no further treatment was needed. The first person that my Mother called was our Zone Dr. She told him that he had proven another Dr wrong again. I am very pleased with my son's results from being adjusted by Zone Healing. My son's hearing is preserved thanks to Zone Healing!

As a 39 year old woman who has been trying to become pregnant for the last three years. I was seriously questioning whether I would become pregnant. My husband and I underwent various tests to determine the reason I was unable to conceive, but all the tests came back normal. What do you do when part of your 2 year old's finger is cut off and the surgeon only gives you a 5% chance of success if you sew the black, dead skin back on and a 95% chance of having to go back 2 weeks later and amputate the top of her finger? You the Zone Healing Doctor and say, "Please help us heal Sarah's finger". And that is exactly what he did. Her finger needed to have circulation brought back. The Zone sessions did just that. He went out of his way to make sure that she Zone sessions four times a week in order to heal her and keep a mother's image of health intact. I came to the Zone Healing Center barely able to move my left leg from what doctors labeled as degenerative disc from neck to tailbone. During my first visit we talked about my body wanting to make everything healthy. We discussed the medical labeling of diabetes, acid-reflux disease, and congestive heart failure that had been given to me also. My Zone doctor cleared my zones slightly and I immediately got off the table with 50% of the pain gone! I could stand, sit and bend with much more ease. I've since visited the Zone Healing office for 8 additional visits and am now so pleased to experience a pain free life; I can bend, twist and move easily. I am 29 years old. I started seeing a Zone Doctor around the end of May 2007. I was very jaundice and no one was sure what was happening, I visited a couple specialists who ran blood work after blood work, and I was just getting sicker. I then was ordered ultrasounds, CT scans and MRI's which then was discovered that I had a mass in my liver. I visited a local surgical oncologist who referred me to Sloan Kettering in New York. I had to have a temporary stent placed in the bile duct because the mass was compressing it and not allowing bile to drain. I met with the Doctor's at Sloan and they ran more tests. I then received a call that the mass was inoperable and I was then faced with the decision to go through with a biopsy and then begin radiation treatment to shrink the tumor, which I decided not to do. Then my aunt found out about Zone Healing, so we went. I was seeing the Zone doctor once a week, because I live about 2.5 hour away. My Zone doctor helped me release feelings I was keeping inside, and showed me how these pent up feelings had affected my health. Through a process of "Zone Healing", and a re-education, I started on the road back to health. I then had to return for my stent to be removed on July 27th, I was very nervous, but my Zone Doctor assured me my "ZONES" were clear. I went in for the procedure and the day prior had another MRI. The doctor's were astonished they couldn't find another reason to replace the stent. The MRI report showed the liver was normal in size and configuration, and that there was evidence of what looked like a residual tumor. Zone Healing helped me with things and gave me my life back, and it only took about 6 treatments.

I had seen the results that my wife had gotten from Zone Healing and I had been having headaches since I was in the third grade (I'm now in my early sixties). In two visits the treatments had helped me significantly with my headaches. Before I started I had been having 4-5 per week. My eating and sleeping patterns changed. I felt healthier mentally and physically. My headaches subsided along with my sinus pressure. The Zone treatments decreased my lower back and neck pain like never before. The treatments also helped to balance my digestive and nervous systems. I became more regular and the panic attacks stopped. If I had not been willing to accept his help, and be open to other new ideas, then I would really have been unfortunate. I went for a mammography and was told that I had a suspicious mass in my left breast. I made an appointment to see a Zone doctor and he advised me to start the inner clean diet, which I did. I continued to see him over this three month period. When I went back for the follow-up visit, I knew that I was perfectly healthy, but I went back to see it on film. When I got there I was told that there was good news and that I could go home. As I started to ask questions, I was told that maybe it was a shadow or an inflamed lymph node. My son who is 9 yrs. old began treatment at the Zone Healing Center in mid July, 2005 for healing from food allergies. Over the last two years his symptoms became acute which resulted in a further diagnosis called Eosiniphilic Esophagitis whereby the lining of the esophagus becomes inflamed causing spasms in the esophagus every time he would eat. After this diagnosis, strong steroids were used to reduce the inflammation and avoidance of the offending foods was done entirely. My son has now had 6 weeks of treatment and has seen a dramatic improvement in his overall health. He has been eating all of the offending foods for 3 weeks now and hasn't had any effects whatsoever. Normally after several days or a week, spasms would have occurred. He has had much more energy and his overall attitude has been much improved. I am a healthy 29 year old woman but after I had my first child my body decided to go on a roller coaster ride. When I first came to the Zone Healing Center, I was in terrible pain. Every morning, I literally had to crawl out of bed. Even after several sessions with a physical therapist and traction, lower back pain plagued me. I had also developed excruciating pain in my heels (spurs). I came to Zone Healing at the recommendation of one of their patients after a very bad infection left me with severely swollen glands and tonsils. For weeks I had taken all kinds of medicines, developed allergic reactions to them and was in terrible pain. I was told by my physician that the only solution was surgery. I was also warned that I could have complications from the surgery because of the risk of infection coupled with the fact that I had an allergy to antibiotics. My self and my family have been patients of Zone Healing for approximately 5 months. In that time I have observed very significant changes in my overall health as well as my family's health.

Historically I was troubled with chronic sinus infections and fatigue. Since I've been treated by Zone Healing I haven't had one infection and in fact when I noticed the first signs of feeling ill I would get an adjustment and get immediate relief. My immune system is stronger and I feel more emotionally stable and invigorated.

10/06 When I went to see the Zone doctor for the first time I was complaining of sharp chest pains and was diagnosed with a left bundle branch block. Having visited the ER a couple of times because of the chest pains I was afraid and worried about my health, especially because I am a single mother with two small children. The Zone doctor received me with a big smile that made me feel healed even before treatment started. After 4 or 5 sessions I saw the cardiologist and had a stress test along with a new electrocardiogram. My heart condition was almost normal and my heart was working perfectly. I first went to the Zone Healing Center because I was having severe (to say the least) headaches. My headaches were so bad that I would have to stay in bed until they would let up enough for me to function. They would never completely go away. I tried every over the counter medication and was up to 8 Ibuprofen at a time, two to three times a day to just help dull the pain enough so I could function. I went to a Neurologist for help. He tried different medicines none of which worked. I under went several MRI scans and spinal taps because he theorized I might have Multiple Sclerosis. While the MRI scan showed lesions on the brain the spinal taps were negative for MS. I was relieved, but still concerned because I was still having the headaches. I decided to see a specialist and he put me on some Medicine I would have to take the rest of my life. While it helped, the headaches didn't dissipate completely and I didn't want to take a pill everyday. I was explained Zone Therapy on my first visit I went in with a mild headache that was gradually getting worse. Within 30 minutes of my ZONE session my headache went completely away. I almost didn't know how to act. That was the first time in over a year that I hadn't had a headache. I have continued to seek Zone Treatments twice a week and not only have my headaches disappeared, but I am much more relaxed, and have even lost a few pounds! 8/06 I had recently got out of the hospital and when I heard of Zone Healing and his zone healing techniques. I was diagnosed with a compressed disk in my C-5 vertebrae and a pinched nerve. I had spent three days in the hospital and all the doctors were convinced that I would need back surgery. I was also told to restrict any physical activity such as weight lifting and playing sports. I was in a neck brace for a week and in terrible pain. When I went in to the Zone doctor for the first time I left with a sigh of relief. I was able to relax my shoulders and my stiffness started to dissipate. By the end of 1 1/2 months I was lifting heavy weights and I am now in the best shape I have been in years. 6/2/06 Let me address the skeptics first: Zone Healing will help you to heal. These techniques really work. I received a neck injury which caused the bones in the back of my neck to lose stability. I could actually move them around with my hands. This resulted in muscles spasms when I turned my head, tingling down my arms and into my fingers and tendonitis like symptoms in my elbows. This really prevented me from participating in getting any exercise. Golf, tennis, hockey, grappling and even ping pong caused too much pain. Even driving was dangerous as turning my head to check blind spots would jolt my head back to the center and cause a lot of pain to shoot through the back of my head. I had gone to traditional doctors, gotten x-rays, and MRIs and they said it was only a bone bruise. Physical Therapy did nothing. After a year it had not changed so I was living in constant pain. I was pretty desperate when someone referred me to Zone Healing. I was skeptical at first of course, I had never heard of Zone Healing and it sounded like mumbo jumbo to me. I'm an engineer working for a one of the top defense companies in the world. I come from a background where I believe in science and have always been skeptical of alternative forms of medicine. My first session was less than 3 minutes. He felt my injury and told me it would be no problem. Then before I knew it he told me I was done for the session. 4/06 When I came to the Zone Healing office I was incredibly skeptical since I had been going to chiropractors and working for chiropractors for about 6 years trying to get out of pain from a near death accident I had in 1998. The accident left me unable to function and I had constant pain even when I breathed. I had been to many chiropractors with only momentary relief after the adjustment. I began to think the medical doctor's were right and surgery was the best thing for me to permanently stay out of pain. My friend insisted I come and paid for me to come as a birthday present. The Zone doctor began doing Zone Healing on my body within two adjustments my pain had decreased 60%.

I stopped working for the chiropractor I was working for and volunteered to help the Zone doctor since I was so grateful to be out of pain. The chiropractor I worked for also started doing Zone Healing on his patients and they began to get better as a result.

4/06 I had suffered with Crohn's Disease for over 40 years. I had seen gastroenterologists, acupuncturists, herbalists, allergists, took vitamins, minerals, herbs, potions that taste like dirt, prednisone, Sulpha drugs, pentasa, had 2 intestinal resections, was hospitalized innumerable times, missed a lot of school as a kid, a lot of fun as a teenager, spent too much time locating bathrooms I could use en route from one place to another – just in case, cancelled trips, plans, stopped eating dairy, cruciferous vegetables, chicken, eggs and bitched about the injustice of it all. I started seeing a Zone doctor about 6 months ago. His adjustments were unlike other chiropractor's I had seen. My experience was either that a chiropractor cracked every bone in your neck and back with abandon or barely touched you and called it a day. Being cleared is based on which zone in your system needs attention. 4/06 I am someone who likes to be in peak form at all times and had a staff of alternative doctors - homeopath, acupuncturist, chiropractor - that I would go to when I needed my body or my nerves put back together. It all started when my wife started going to Zone Healing for her migraine headaches. She had debilitating migraine headaches for the first 5 years of our marriage. At least once a week, she was completely demobilized due to tremendous pain in her neck, head, eyes and shoulders. Sometimes it would be so bad, that she couldn't handle any noise, light, and even nausea would set in. Not only would it cause her incredible pain and stress, but it would affect me and our kids as she was pretty much out of the picture for those few days. We were all irritable. It would take about 2-3 days to go away, then after 2-3 days of being free from pain it would start all over again. It was very difficult.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Zone Healing for the past 14 years. Over the past few months our two year old son began to develop "skin tags" (wart-like projections) on his chin and forehead. He began to become conscious of them and started to pick at them all of the time. We were concerned because they were getting worse and more numerous. My family and I have had the good fortune of being patients of Dr. Pete for the last 2 1/2 years and have benefited tremendously from his mode of healing. 10/04 When I first started Zone Healing I was suffering from Acid Reflux Disease and it seemed my health was a mess and not going to get any better. I was told by numerous doctors that I had a condition that would be with me all my life and that the most that I could expect was temporarily relief through the use of medications. After years and years of trying different medications I nearly gave up hope on being healthy again. Luckily, I heard about Zone Healing. 9/04 It has now been 18 months since I had my first Zone Healing session. If it hadn't been for my dear friend's encouragement to go to Zone Healing, I would not be as healthy as I am now.

The health issue I was dealing with was what to do for the dull pain I was experiencing under my right rib cage. I had been to an internist who said she would recommend several tests and sonograms to determine a diagnosis. I was at the point where I was uncomfortable to even sit up to drive my sons to school or even sit in a chair properly. I knew at this point that I needed to make a decision for my own health's sake.

After listening to my friend, explain about her positive results with Zone Healing, I decided to make an appointment immediately. I also told the Zone dcotor about the thyroid nodules I've had for several years and how every endocrinologist I had been to, wanted to surgically remove the gland. The Zone doctor explained about Zone Healing and how he can tell by touching certain points on the back of my head, he will know what zone is not balanced. He then gave me my 1st Zone Healing treatment. I immediately felt a "rush" in my upper body. The doctor felt the back of my head and said my zone was clearing and I was on the path to perfect health.

I noticed by the third week as I was driving my son to a baseball game, that I hadn't felt any dull pain in my rib cage area lately. As I continued with my treatments, I began to realize that I felt more energetic and I had fewer complaints about my body.

Based on my experience and encouragement, my husband and children started Zone Healing as well. My husband had high blood pressure and was intrigued with the results that I had from the Zone Healing sessions. After three months, he saw a difference after he had an appointment with his physician. His blood pressure had never been as low as it was, since he had been on two medications. Little did the doctor know that my husband had not been taking the full dosages and had been receiving Zone healing treatments. The doctor's answer was that the medications must be doing their job! My husband knew that Zone Healing had to be what was truly helping his blood pressure normalize.

My daughter began Zone Healing to maintain a healthy body. Soon she realized that Zone Healing was relieving tension in her upper shoulders and neck area. Another concern was irregular menstrual cycle. Within a month, she started being on a regular cycle.

My older son had been on inhalers and medications during the typical "allergy seasons", for several years. The fall months came and he stayed healthy, never requiring any medications.

My younger son started Zone Healing to maintain good health. As time went on, he became intrigued with how the Zone doctor would clear him and he would feel so good. A true composite had been formed between the doctor and the patient. Do we have a future Zone doctor? One thing that my family and I have learned through our experiences is that Zone Healing is our choice to maintain perfect health. During the 18 months that I have been receiving zone care, it has helped me change in a positive direction, physically, mentally and spiritually. The Monday night classes have been healing for the soul and it has given me a better understanding of Dr. Fleet's book, Rays of the Dawn. I have increased my knowledge of Concept Therapy through the seminars taught. I had been told that I would never be off thyroid supplement and that I would never have a functioning thyroid gland. In the middle of November, 2001 I bent over to shave in the shower and had the experience of rupturing a disk in my back. I went to one of the top orthopedic specialists at Scripps and was immediately given an M.R.I. That M.R.I. confirmed that I had a ruptured disk and the doctor very strongly urged me to consider back surgery. He felt that it was severe enough that without surgery I would never have a day without pain. I thanked him for his suggestion and went on my way. For the next year, it was true, there was never a day that I was pain free. Getting up in the morning was a 10 minute ordeal because I had to roll over a certain way to get out of bed and spend several minutes stretching just to start my day. Driving became a real adventure. Lumbar support everywhere I went became a way of life. My injury truly changed my life. Just before the back injury, I began having pain in three areas of my abdomen. The first doctor that I visited was my OB/GYN. One of the finest at Scripps. He performed an ultrasound and pelvic exam. Both, fortunately, came up negative. However, the pain continued. Then I visited my general doctor and he sent me to a renowned surgeon at Scripps. The surgeon decided to begin with a battery of tests. So, I went for CT scans, an upper GI, a lower GI, an upper GI of the lower bowel, and a sonogram of the gallbladder.

Once again, fortunately, everything came up negative. By now, I was on a first name basis with everyone in the radiology department at Scripps. The surgeon, after hitting what seemed like a dead end, came up with a hypothesis that perhaps I had an inguinal hernia. She recommended that I have exploratory surgery. I agreed but insisted that she perform the surgery with my OB/GYN in attendance. After the surgery, once again, they came up negative. But the pain still persisted... During this time my sister insisted that I visit with a Zone doctor. That was the beginning of my healing. In mid-November of 2002, I received Zone treatments. Two and a half weeks later, I was completely healed!!! Since that time, I have had weekly visits with Zone Healing, attended the study group meetings and have also decided become a Zone doctor. It is a wonderful opportunity to finally be on the journey of healing...body, mind and soul. Eternally grateful

For many years I had experienced acid reflux and irregular menstrual cycles. About one year ago, I was recommended to Zone Healing by a wonderful massage therapist. At that time, I had just had a cast removed from my foot and yet continued to experience tremendous pain. I was in physical therapy which just exacerbated the situation. When I first started getting Zone Healing treatments my original complaint was to find a way to alleviate the acid reflux I was experiencing. During that time, I was explained that my foot would be able to heal too. Within two weeks, my foot went from a pain threshold of 10 down to absolutely nothing and I was able to resume my love of horseback riding. Then, within three and a half months, my acid reflux was gone!!! What a tremendous relief this was for me as previously every night I had to take Rolaids and Nexium just to soothe the pain. In regards to the menstrual cycle, we discussed the possibility that I stop taking birth control pills. While I was uncomfortable with that thought at first, I decided to stop taking them. It is important to mention that previously I had always had not only irregular menstrual cycles, but also tremendous pain and discomfort with each cycle. The mood swings that would accompany my cycles were also very difficult. I was fearful to abstain from the birth control pills as I had always been told by my doctor that they were what regulated the cycles, the moods and the level of comfort. To my amazement, after getting off of the birth control pills, I was able to regulate my cycles and to do that without any pain or increase in my mood swings. For all that you have done for me, I am truly grateful.

02/15/2003 I can't begin to thank you enough for what you have already done for my daughter and myself in just 7 weeks time. I can't even begin to explain all of the physical and mental challenges my daughter and I have suffered with (me for about 25 years, my daughter, 8 years). We have been to more doctors and psychologists and have tried traditional medicine and holistic/herbal approaches with little success. I have been told I am a "hypochondriac" and all I've ever wanted to do was to feel "normal."

I'd like to tell those considering Zone Healing, that I decided to give it a "try" because of a friend of mine that had great success with her health challenges. I decided it "couldn't hurt." In only 7 weeks, I have seen miraculous changes. The depression and anxiety (which have ruled my life for over 25 years) are almost gone. My hormones are beginning to stabilize (I've been in perimenopause for 4 years). My headaches are gone. The dizziness I regularly experienced is gone. My heart irregularities are disappearing. My joints and muscles hardly hurt anymore. My allergies are getting better. My energy levels are up. I have more peace and calm than I've ever known. I had been burdened with so many symptoms of things no one could figure out, that I truly thought I was either crazy or dying. So many of those things have gone that I can't even remember them all.

This healing is a process and when things resurface, I get my zones cleared and I not only feel better, but know that I am getting better. My daughter at 8 years of age, has (or should I say "had") asthma, severe food allergies, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, gastrointestinal issues, ADD, etc etc. She has been showing great improvement. Her moods are getting better, her joints hardly bother her anymore, we've only used her inhaler once since we've begun zone healing sessions, and although her stomach still bothers her at times, I know that too, will one day go away.

One last note: I'd like to tell you briefly about a few things that we've experienced that were immediate or that healed in a very short time. I have been a professional singer for 25 years and I always get laryngitis once or twice a year that lasts 10 days to 2 weeks (it always costs me money as I can't work and I always take antibiotics for it). Just recently, I woke up one morning with NO voice, not even a squeak. A severe sore throat and cold followed. I had a gig the following Sunday and I knew I wouldn't be able to perform. I went into see the Zone doctor three times that week and each time he cleared my zones, I walked out speaking (stronger each time). I was able to sing "like a bird" that Sunday (unheard of) - so that in itself, convinced me.

My daughter had an ongoing infection that did not clear up with 2 doses of antibiotics (the doctor didn't even know what to do about it). My zone doctor told me to just come in (they prescribed a third round of stronger antibiotics, which I didn't want her to take). Within 3 weeks, her infection was completely gone. Recently, her sinuses were blocked and she was unable to breathe through her nose. Within one adjustment, her nose was clear and stayed clear.

These things were not coincidences, but very real, very "miraculous" healing experiences. We will continue Zone Healing for healing (mind, spirit and body), as it is a gift to anyone willing to experience it. I've never experienced myself as a healthy, whole person until now (and this is only the beginning!!). For my daughter, what a precious gift!! We look forward to finally enjoying life. March, 1997 For the past 23 years I have suffered from migraines and dizziness. The dizziness became so severe I was hospitalized two times for a week each. The medical doctors suspected a brain tumor in the beginning. I had every test imaginable including a spinal tap. They were not able to diagnose and sent me home heavily medicated and with the possibility of exploratory brain surgery in my near future. The dizziness always lingered and I continued to control the migraines with medication. My health never improved. In the late 70's the dizziness became so severe that it was interfering with my activities of daily living. A well-known surgeon took my case and decided to install a brain shunt into the left side of my brain. I remained in the hospital for a week recovering. My dizziness never went away, I didn't even see a slight improvement. The doctors kept reassuring me that I had to give my body time to adjust to the shunt. My migraines became more frequent and lasted longer. I quit running to the medical profession with my health problems and just basically accepted the fact that this was the way my life would be. I started Zone Therapy about a year ago. I was explained about the zones and the work of Dr. Fleet and was always told with conviction that my body could heal. For the first time in my life my bones started to move. It was amazing. For 4 months glandular and nervous zones were cleared. I still was having dizziness but my migraines were becoming an event of my past. I also had suffered from insomnia for twenty years, but was now sleeping like a baby and I was no longer nervous. On one notable occasion I noticed a sharp pain in my low back and occult blood showed up in my urine exam. That evening I has my digestive zone cleared. My pain turned out to be a gas pocket and my urine test was fine the following day. Another time I was coming down with a sore throat and congestion which generally turns into three weeks of misery. I went right over to to get my zones cleared. The next morning I woke up without any symptoms. I was so amazed at what good and fast results I had received. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. I was diagnosed in 2002 with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and told by my doctors that my quality of life would suffer as a result of this illness. I am able to go to the gym 3-4 days per week now and am having an easier time with my exercises. Since puberty my life had been run by my periods. I used to have to inform employers and be scheduled around it. I was not able to do anything that I normally did because I would be sick. I would vomit and have diarrhea and chills and sweats. The cramps made me immobile. I would stay in bed with tons of pain pills, and a heating pad and cry. On a scale of 1-10, ten being the worst it could be, my periods scaled at a 22 every month. I had tried all kinds of treatments and medications from the gynecologists, I used herbs and supplements, tried acupuncture, eliminated foods from my diet, increased exercise...you name it I tried it. The last thing that the gynecologist told me was that I could try exploratory surgery or they would give me a shot to induce menopause, with which I would have to take supplements for hot flashes and bone density loss. After about a years time they would jump start my periods again just on a hope it would work! As bad as my periods were that didn't seem like a good idea! Why would a 25 year old woman put her ability to have children at risk?

This is around the same time I started to receive Zone Healing treatments. At that point I was not aware of what all it could help me with. In addition to receiving Zone Healing treatments my doctor asked me to start going to weekly Beam Club meetings. I went and had a million questions. So I took some Concept Therapy classes. I had been on the pill for 10 years before I decided to try going off. I wanted to see if I would get my period naturally, on my own. I had been put on the pill as a freshman at the University of Chicago, suffering tremendously from amenorrhea, acne, and vicious mood swings. I was diagnosed by one of the top endocrinologists at the University of Chicago medical school as having "Polycystic Ovary Syndrome", although they never found a cyst on my ovaries. Basically, my hormones were way out of whack and they didn't really know what was causing it. So they put me on the pill. The pill worked. My skin cleared up and my mood improved; however, I was not that comfortable with taking an artificial hormone and most certainly not comfortable with the prognosis of having to stay on the pill until I wanted to get pregnant. What did that mean?

Meanwhile, I decided to transfer to Columbia University to finish up my undergraduate degree. When I moved to New York, I found an Ob/Gyn and saw her for a second opinion. She basically said the same thing as the doctor in Chicago, and told me that there were really no important side effects to the "new" low-dose pills and that I would be protecting my fertility by staying on it. So I did. For many more years. But I didn't feel good about it. Taking a prescription drug for so many years had to have some side effects. I just didn't feel I wanted to take a chance when not one doctor had ever proven I had "Polycystic Ovary Syndrome" and couldn't tell me why my hormones were off. Besides, I wanted my body back; I felt I had some type of "artificial" body when it was being regulated by a pill.

After that initial session of Zone Healing, I was put on a schedule of treatments for a few months until my systems were back on track. My periods were regular. My mood improved. My skin looked great. Right now, I maintain my good health with routine visits and have not had any reproductive problems.

In addition, I was introduced to a new way of thinking about health through the Concept Therapy system of integrating the laws of the Body, Mind and Soul. Cured and Happy Individual I started Zone Healing care in September of 1996 having Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, fatigue, difficulty sleeping and minor lower back pain. When I was 16, I contracted a serious case of Mononucleosis and was bedridden for 2 months. My immune system never fully recovered and I had 3 other relapses between the ages of 16 and 25. I've had allergies most of my life and going to the doctor for shots was no longer helping me. I would get a shot in the arm and it would come right back out. The doctor said there was nothing more he could do for me. It was then I decided to try a chiropractor. I found a Zone Healer and he has helped cure my allergies and I also developed a bad case of poison ivy all over my body which Zone Therapy cured. Arthritis started to bother me, but with a change in my eating habits, eating more fruits and vegetables with less meat, bread, cake and sweets along with biweekly treatments it soon disappeared. While out to dinner one night, I got sick to my stomach. I have been getting sick a lot for the past 2 years. I had been to many different types of doctors. I even went to NYC and paid $1200 for a body scan, convinced that something was seriously wrong with me. My friend told me that I really should go with her to see her Zone Doctor. I couldn't see how a chiropractor could help me with something not having to do with my back. I had already been seeing a chiropractor for a previous injury for almost 3 years. In the first few weeks of therapy I was having a hard time getting to the office because of the weather and my new job. Last September, I was given the choice of having a golf-ball size lumpectomy done to remove a benign fibroadenoma tumor with abnormal hyperplasia cells from my breast or try Zone Chiropractic Therapy. After 14 years in Concept Therapy, surgery just did not feel right. I knew that even if I had the surgery, I would still have to find the original cause of the benign tumor and abnormal cells. I decided to go and start Zone Healing Therapy. The Zone doctor and I agreed on a course of action including going to his office for Zone Healing sessions to bring my six health systems back into harmony. He started with the Circulatory System since this was the system that he found to be causing my circulatory disturbance. The oxygen supply to every cell needed to be stimulated in order to create healthy cells and at the same time, the lymphatic system needed to be purged of all of its poisons and toxins. His prescription to restore my health was to have zone healing sessions twice a week, go on the Inner Klean Diet, drink more fresh juices, and read and apply the Laws of the Body and Soul in the Rays of the Dawn book to my life even more diligently. I needed to change my vibration from the negative thoughts which helped to create this disturbance to the positive. After diligently following the regime to health (which included driving 4 hours round trip twice a week for the Zone Healing sessions), I am happy to report that the Zone Therapy treatments completely reversed the surgeon's diagnosis. She said, after reading the latest mammogram report and performing an ultrasound herself in January, 2003, that "you cannot go after something that is no longer there!" I am still continuing to go to Zone Healing once a week as I want all my zones cleared. I want to stress that if you want to reverse a diagnosis of disease, accept the responsibility of the health regime prescribed through Zone Healing and take the action steps necessary to achieve the diagnosis of health.

Five years ago I started getting ill. This was a chronic illness; I became fatigued and intolerant of certain foods that I had always eaten. Strange as the symptoms were, they began to progress and get worse. I was told that I various sorts of problems but didn't respond to treatment. I went to lots of medical doctors and clinics in different places across the country and came home without a diagnosis. This illness progressed to the point that I was almost completely disabled. I found out from my goddaughter about Zone Healing and was reluctant to come because everyone had said 'we don't know what is wrong with you' or it is an anxiety disorder. My son is 7 years old and has suffered with night terrors for most of his life. He would wake up almost every night crying, sweating, and chattering his teeth. It would take up to 20 minutes to get him to fall asleep sometimes. I shared this problem with a group of ladies at my Bible Study. One of them suggested I bring him to the doctor to get medication to sleep. I really believe in natural healing and didn't want to medicate my son for the rest of his life. My son was diagnosed with a double ear infection by his pediatrician. He had multiple ear infections from birth to four years and had substantial fluid behind his ear drums. He had been prescribed multiple rounds of antibiotics, and they made him very ill. Because of this, he failed his kindergarten hearing screening. His pediatrician scheduled surgery for tubes, but I wanted to try other options before going through with the invasive surgery. I cancelled the surgery three days before it was supposed to happen. I brought him to the Zone Healing Center. Our Zone doctor did a thorough exam and presented my husband and me with an informative summary of our son's status. We went through with the Zone Therapy sessions, and we saw immediate results. I stopped giving him the antibiotics and purchased an all natural antibiotic called Phytocillin. After only two months, our son was over his ear infections and passed his hearing re-screen. It has been almost two years and our son has not had another ear infection since. I am completely sold on what Zone Healing can do and I am excited about the idea that someday my wife will be out of the medicine taking business! I went to the Zone Healing Center with a sore neck and shoulders. As a counselor I am aware of the impact that emotional stress has on bodily functions. Deep down I knew from where the pain was coming. I have always had a tendency to "carry the weight of the world on my shoulders." I initially began seeking Zone treatments for relief from fibromyalgia, for which I had been under the care of a medical doctor for several years. I have been seeing a Zone doctor for about two months, and I have experienced a gradual lessening in pain to the extent that I am almost pain free! I started Zone Healing in January of 1997 and my life has changed incredibly since then. I was having sharp pains in the left side of my chest for 23 weeks. I had been to see (at that time) my regular Medical doctor who sent me for tests and an MRI and also to see a specialist. They could not determine what was wrong, so they just kept giving me prescriptions to take. It was more or less just to help me deal with the pain, not cure it. It was not helping. I have benefited tremendously from Zone Healing since 1986. Since then, I have seen no other doctor, taken no medication, dealt with no condition that we could not heal together and only grown stronger in the faith of natural healing each year. If I have to say what the greatest benefit has been, it would be the less and less fear (and more and more faith) I feel about health each year. Zone Healing has helped me heal the FEAR about health conditions that plague every one I know. I actually feel a great degree of peace about health, REGARDLESS of what is manifesting in my body. That alone is worth a million dollars to me. I don't believe anyone really knows how much health fears literally kill their spirits and ultimately, I now know, kill their bodies. Our Zone doctor has spent over 20 years studying HEALTH (most doctors stop at studying disease). Talking with him for almost 17 years, I know he knows the connection of mind/body and healing power better than any doctor I know or have heard about. Our Zone doctor not only understands how the central nervous system connects with every cell of the body, and ultimately every health problem the body could manifest, but he can help us understand what the emotional "stress" is behind it. Too many doctors label our conditions as "stress related". Well, I could have told them that! What we as "stressful" people need is to know what the stress is, and more importantly how to release it. I dare say few doctors today can really help one reveal or heal their stress. And since every condition in the body has some connection with us on the inside, without this understanding, do they really every help us heal. Well, that is a question for each to answer, but for me, Zone Healing provides that missing "peace" and I see the fear and frustration that I used to have with health problems, disappearing.

Now as an adult, it is not so strange for a woman to be taking such a natural, non invasive and truly healing approach to health. What is a bit "unorthodox" is that my 7 year old daughter has the same approach! She has never been to any other doctor, she only receives Zone Healing. She has never had a vaccine or taken a drug - no, not even 'children's Tylenol!' And I would say - without prejudice - that she is the healthiest kid I know. She has been a regular patient of Zone Healing since the week she was born. Zone Healing sessions along with his incredible connection with children is the main reason my daughter is and stays so well. What has amazed me over the years is that even when she does experience a health condition, she heals so fast and so completely that I know her healing power is working at top capacity. I also have the sad opportunity to watch so many children in my daughter's school who are filled with health fears and toxic medications that I am no longer surprised that they look and feel so sick. I want to tell their parents about this wonderful and supportive method of healing - and I have told so many - but I know most people need to come to this natural realization themselves; I only hope it is before too much damage has been done to their kids.

At this point, every one in my family - my husband, parents, siblings and their kids - have been touched in spirit and healed in body by Zone Healing. Some of them include Zone Healing with their other traditional health systems, some like myself and my immediate family need no other system but Zone Healing. It matters not how many other systems are used, only that one of them is natural, health supportive, non-invasive and non fearful. For me, Zone Healing does it all, but I am thrilled when it can at least do some of it for those I know and love.

My first experience with Zone Healing was in July 2004. Unsure of what to really expect, I can definitely say that from the beginning the experience has, without a doubt, exceeded any expectation I could have possibly had. Our overall health as a family has improved tremendously. I went from having 6-8 sinus infections per year (all being treated with an antibiotic) to not having one since we began care. My Zone doctor spoke at a meeting I attended last fall. I decided to visit him and see what Zone Healing was all about. I used to have seasonal headaches (allergies). I was not sleeping through the night. My knees and wrists would flare up from torn cartilage and arthritis. Energy level was not the greatest and I felt anxious all the time. I was also having shortness of breath when I exercised and the cardiologist couldn't find anything wrong. My Zone doctor was not asking me to take any medication! What a switch, how could I lose? I am pleased to tell how Zone Healing has changed my life. Prior to coming to Zone Healing, I was pretty much a basket case. In December 2001 our only son died from cancer. Our son was severely developmentally delayed from birth and had spent 20 years in a residential facility. It seemed I couldn't pull out of the deep depression I had fallen into. When I was about 14 years old I found out I had scoliosis, which is curvature of the spine. At first it didn't really affect mebut as time has gone by, with age, it began to bother me and I didn't have the ability to do a lot of things without pain and discomfort. I was told nothing could be done with my very uncomfortable back. I came to the Zone Healing Center and by the second treatment I was pain free and have been pain free ever since (it's been almost a year and a half)! I no longer have to sleep on several pillows, I don't have the coughing and congestion feeling anymore, I have even lost weight and gotten healthier because my whole body is cooperating as one. I was told I had something called acid reflux and was suffering with indigestion. My Zone doctor helped me realize that it is up to me to heal myself. I quit taking Nexium and I no longer have to take medicine for indigestion and I feel so much better because of it.

In 2004 I was in a serious car accident and ever since then I had been battling severe lower back pain. Several months ago I wound up in the hospital with severe chest pains. I was diagnosed with acid-reflux and they prescribed me medication, which really wasn't doing what I expected. I had a friend of the family recommend that I try Zone Healing. After several visits I have taken myself completely off the medication and haven't had any reoccurrences of acid reflux. I have been a nurse for 27 years. In October of 2005, I had nine migraines in a two-week period. I started Zone Healing at that time. I was skeptical about what it could do for me, but I was willing to try anything to get my headaches under control. I first went to seek out Zone Healing because of chronic back, neck, shoulder, and arm pain, but several changes have occurred since starting my sessions. My Zone doctor very subtly treats the mind, body, and spirit. He is full of positive affirmations when I've needed them. The most validating evidence of positive effects of Zone Healing is that my thyroid function has stabilized and I no longer need to take thyroid medication due to the fact that my lab tests have been within normal limits without the aid of any medication!

I started Zone Healing after I heard a Zone doctor speak at a civic organization that I belong to. I was taking medication for high blood pressure and also for painful arthritis in my fingers. I had also recently broken my foot which necessitated my wearing a heavy boot, and the resulting imbalance caused significant musculoskeletal discomfort. I am happy to report that I no longer need the arthritis medicationmy fingers feel fine! I have also started gradually taking myself off the medication I was on to control my blood pressure. I first cut my dosage in half and now I am only taking it every third day. Now that my body is working better it doesn't need as much medication any more to produce normal blood pressure, and I am confident that as we continue through the process we will reach the point at which I don't need it at all! I feel great and other people are telling me that I look great too. If you have a condition that you would like to change in your body I highly recommend that you give Zone Healing a try. Don't let doubt, either yours or (especially) someone else's, keep you from having a better quality of life.
